We are currently seeking candidates for a Field Service Technician position that is actually available.
The Field Service Technician will perform activities concerned with always giving customers the best service, by performing the following duties : Install our systems at customers facility, which includes mechanic, optic,electrical and software start up and tuning. Conduct system performance testing. Provide system training to customers. Provide service on systems to determine nature and scope of a situation and take corrective action. Fill out required documentation about installation or service. Participate on engineering and/or sale visits.

Here are the requirements : Associate degree in Science in electronics or related field. 3 to 5 years experience in a similar job. Any other relevant combination of studies/experience will be considered. Good working knowledge of electronic, mechanic and computers. Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written). Advanced problem solving skills. Highly autonomous, resourceful with the ability to persevere. Enthusiasm and energy. Accuracy and attention to detail. Able to carry out IQ/OQ installation test is an asset, as well as knowledge of packaging industry and GMP (good manufacturing practices). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Absolute willingness to travel extensively, within the U.S.A., including some weekends. Possess and maintain a valid drivers license with a DMV driving record in good standing. Successfully complete a background check and security check and drug screen. Possess a valid passport Can travel to Canada Available for a 4-6 weeks formation in Quebec City, Canada
